Hey guys have you noticed that the wink smilie doe not work

even if I type it in or click on the icon in the "clickable Smilie" box it will not appear in my posts as anything but text.
Am I the only one with this error or has anyone else experienced this... if so we should just get this fixed up

I am currently working to fix the quick replies and the smilie problems. The smilies do not work unless a space is in front of them.

Yeah I have noticed this too for other smilies but it doesnt seem to work still

I believe you have to surround the wink smily with :: so it can look like this :
