When I had two ps in my 75, my larger p bit off the pelvic fin of my smaller p. Sadly after I separated the two the larger guy died. So my question is will his pelvic fin grow back? It has been 3-4 months since it was bitten off and nothing has regrown. Thanks.

If your piranhas caudal peduncle was damaged there is little chance that he will ever grow his tail back..

Post a photo.. I could (and others too) will have a better idea.

If there's been no regrowth and it's been 3-4 months, then your answer will be an unfortunate no. Regrowth of P fins is quick, usually an aproximate week is all that's needed.

as everyone says if hasnt yet it wont grow back cause its past the fin so it will just scar up but wont grow back

3-4 months is a long time without having ANY re-growth. Could you possibly post a pic for us?
