how big do they get? can they shoal? that would be cool to have like 10 of them attacking one feeder. its like having baby P's without the hassel of upgrading to a bigger tank due to agresssion.

I hear they get to about 4 inches. I dont know about the shoaling

with the nature of their eating habits, I would highly doubt they would shoal well

They feed on scales and are strictly solitary. Adults range to about 5 1/2 inches TL.

What prevoked you to try a Wimple Shoal? Curious as I don't really like how they look.

because i want to shoal something small and agressive (that can kill a fish). not exos though

Try golds...they stay relatively small 6-8 inches I believe. They would be more aggressive then the Wimples I think but I've never seen a Wimple in action or owned one so I'm not the best judge.
