Id grant women free tampons/pads, birth control (any type), chocolate, and Midol. (This section will remain open and be filled as necessary should more things arise.)

As for men, Id grant free porn, viagra, and hooters chicken wings too. Then on Friday/Saturday nights open bar on the house drinks! Oh yeah and no work days following a sports game.

Id say thatd make for a happy nation.
