I barely know how to do anything in photoshop. I use it to resize photos haha. I wish I could do some of that exotic stuff, but I don't really have the time to learn it

Im pretty sure its mostly through photoshop.
Lookos like they use 2 or more images and overlap them in layers and play with the Opacity to they fade in till they look awesome, like the one's above
