i think the ideal temp is 78-82, but before i got my new heater mine was at 74 for a while and they seemed fine. they are happier now, but just goes to show you piranhas are survivors!

78-82 degrees. the higher the temp the more active your p's are and the more they will eat. they will also produce more waste.
