[piranha 13]

I'm can't sell my 37 gallon for a 55 gallon so I'm gonna sell my three Reds

. What Serrasalmus piranha should I get? Another spilo, a maculatus, an irritans, an elongatus, a gouldingi, an eigenmanni, a geryi, or a brandtii? I have to get a piranha that can stay in the 37 for life.

A gold or a spilo cf. In my opinion your tank is too small for the rest

i really like spilo complex form......... they are so shinny red they almost look pinkish.........

plus it wont cost you an arm and a leg

Yeah in such a small tanka rhom and elong are going to be deifnetly out of the questions hands down. I own a very nice Spilo CF and hight recomend them. Great looking fish, entence in red colr and alot of purple and gold metalic flakes in his flanks, so I would say to go with a Spilo CF, you will not be dissapointed.

I dont think that I need to say it again, but yeah, SpiloCf would be great. They are nice little fish, with brilliant red colors. Might even be able to school him with you other spilo.

if you like the reds just keep them. if they fight to much then get something else.

Actually irritans grow smaller than gold spilos. But I would go with a spilo cf

For that small a tank a compressed form of serrasalmus species would be the best route but I still think the tank is too small. You could put a wimple in there.

well i just got done pursuading my parents and they might le me get a 120 or 160 if I sell the 37......Im gonna get a big mixed pygo tank. :smile:
