my rhom is 7" is there even a good dither fish for them? since they dont like my powerhead i want them to move around more for excersice purposes. so back to my question on a dither fish. good idea? if so what should i get?

No such thing as a dither fish for a rhom, only lunch.

he was asking about with a rhom. I had no luck with convicts with my cariba, they lasted with my reds as soon as I added cariba, they were gone in a day or 2.

You can try Exodons (Agressive Tetras) providing you have enough room for them to swim away. I've also read they're common with P's in the wild. I had 10 in the tank with my RBs before, until they outgrew the tank.. now I have 5 w/ my red tail Cudas.

Exodons should give up a good fight, since they will try hitting your Rhom to get a scale or two. But like I said,
they were in a tank with RBs, not a Rhom... no garantees what the RHom would do
