I just wanted to post a picture of my tank and ask for some constructive criticism on what I should do to make it look better. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I want to hide my inlet tude for my fluval 404 to make the tank look more natural and my heaters, any suggestions with regard to that? Dont think that I can do much about my emp intake tube.

They were slowly disappearing until my larger more aggressive rbp died,
Since the death of my bigger p none have been eaten since the living one is a total wuss. I decided since he is a wuss and will not eat anything that is not dead I went ahead and got a rainbow shark also to chill with the barbs. Sucks that he is not aggressive but nice because I can have cheap fish to fill out the tank.
If I find 2 cheap ps I think that I will pick them up.

Looks good. Maybe add a few more tall plants. I had that same background as you did, but i changed to a plain black background and it looks much better. Your filters and heaters wont stand out as much because there will be little contrast.

Add two more P's and you are set...

you can wrap some type of fake plants around the emp 400 intake tube like i did:

Damn good idea!

That is also a good idea but I am not sure if I would like just a straight black bg. I will test it out and see what I think.

Thanks for the suggestions.

He did before his tank mate, another rbp, died. Now he just hangs out under the dw or on left side in the back, where he is in the picture. He trims my plants that are back there
. They used to be very tall and now you cant even see them. Cant do much about it I guess.

Does anyone know if java moss would attach itself to intake tubes and heaters?
That would hide them nicely!

VERY NICE TANK!!

I had some J-moss in my tank for a little while. It will attach to your wood, and can get out of control. You just have to "prune" it back from time to time

oh yea... not to
but get some more P's!!!

The powerhead is on a timer with the lights.
