Even though I do not need conditioner for my "well" water with a neutral pH I still keep a bottle around for those power outages and filter failures when they arise.

It stinks like ass for a couple minutes but disappears.its non-toxic. Can even be double dosed n won't kill your fish. I swear by it.should check it out P-man.

I'll peek at it next time I'm at the lfs... but here in Central Oregon the tapwater is so pure I don't treat it with anything.

Idk. Can't be too careful, guy up top lost 2 fish today. Better safe than sorry. 14$ for peace of mind. Treats 1400 some gallons. Don't effect Ph. Removes heavy metals.

I've been using Stress Coat at $10.00 a bottle and you can't treat nearly as much. I'll have to check it out, seems to be a pretty good deal and BRUNER hasn't steered me wrong yet. They seem to over treat the water where I'm from ,I can smell the chlorine so I always overdose with stress coat and it can get pretty expensive with weekly water changes.
