hey,

my water has just recently gone cloudy, its a dirty green color, and maybe some grey... it doesnt look like a bacteria bloom, because ive had one of those before and they suck .. anyays any ideas on what too do?

my temp is 80 and i got a 125G i do 25% waterchanges every 2 weeks, and my water perimeters r good?

I just cleaned my filter too, but this green grey bacteria was happening b4 i cleaned the filter.

ive had my air pump off past couple of days.. this might be the cause?

Could be an algea bloom... Do you have any live plants?

Edit: Here's a picture of what my water looked like with a bad algea bloom a couple of years ago, for your reference... Does you water look anything like this?

25% water change every 2 weeks is your problem. At least double or triple your water change schedule.

Mose def a bloom, do a 50 percent change and keep lights off for a couple weeks

sounds like algee to me, lights off for a weeka or 2 and you should be good.

edit: oops forgot the water change part, i do 35-40% 50 is a little harsh in my opinion
