my Ps only use half of the tank for swim space. the other half is un-used and all. just sharing

My caribe did that when they were small untill they got larger. I just added some aquarium salt yesterday for my water change and they are all over the tank today for the first time. Its kinda weird. I've had these p's for 2 weeks and maybe they are finally settling in.

How long have you had your p's? How big is the tank.

60g, my cariba is about a week and my RBs are 4 days old in my tank

it still new to them .give them a week or so..mine did the same thing when i moved them into the 100g.. they only stay on the right of the tank..now they have been in for awhile and they are all over the place

Nothing to worry about...i've seen this behavior before, i really don't know why sometimes they do that but believe is adaptation period...with time they will swim all around. You will see!

also raising your temp will make them more active..what is your temp at right now?

hah funny how they are all cuddled up to the right side too. only my cariba is man enough to swim around the tank sometimes. they dont mind swimming near the front of the tank when im closely looking

they need time to adjust to their new environment. it's nothing to worry about.

Mine swim alot but still huddles in the middle when I get close to the tank to watch them.. and its been a month since I first got them. Ive raised temp, and even tried to scare them in another part of the tank, but still they huddle from time to time.
