How long will they be out of the tank and in a bucket for ?

i have 5 1.5 year old piranhas and a pleco. i am moving and i want to reduce the items i need to move before i have to move. what is the best way to contain the fish in a bucket maybe and how to treat the water when reintroducing them to the 60 gallon tank.
i have 2 canister fluvo filters running in the tank. i need the most details about how to keep the fish alive and little to no stress on them.
how do i move these? i plan doing a partial empty the tank and putting the fish and a few foot of water on a carpeted trolley thing to move the tank and the cabinet. how can i keep the fish alive at the new place as well?
