I finally got rid of my piranha's out of my 55. I want to take my 29 salt and move it into my 55. If i do this i will be missing 26 gallons, if i take water from the pet store will it f*ck up the cycle of my tank ? What would you do in this situation?

i'd mix up the 26 gallon of water you need and add it to the 55. IMO

it wont f*ck up your cycle if your LR or LS is already cycled and just do what Fresh2salt said and you'll be fine.

Agreed. I've done this a couple times in just the last couple of months. It's kinda like a big water change really...

Like stated you shoulden't have problems because water does not carry the nitrospira's for a continuous cycle. I'd let the tank run for a few days with some new lr and substrate before i switched. Use ro water.
seed your new substrate with some of your exisating stuff.
