I bid on one earlier this year, it was a little bigger and it went up to like $55, so I didnt get it

Hard to say what genus those fish are in w/o looking at the palate region. The one's I do know having seen hundreds of these in the past, majority are S. rhombeus. I have an example here that is painted to look like P. cariba, but the palate region shows it to be a Serrasalmus not a Pygocentrus.

no crap, I just recently lost a redbelly.
and i'm thinking about getting it mounted.
but i wont' unless they have the right eyes.

yeah another reason they look yellow is from drying and chemical preservatives I would imagine, the fake eyes are very crappy

Yeah the eyes on these thing are nothing close to the real thing. The Rhoms have regular human eyes, while the Spilo has yellow eyes. Now what Spilo has yellow eye?
