ok, so I have PAINT and can't figure out how to cut out the booboies. I'm sending this pic to my 94 year old grandma and want to delete the NAKED chick in the backgroung. If you can do it, just repost the pic. without it an I will "save as"

Just use the crop tool and crop out that side of the photo.
