Well, it's just speculation from my side, but it makes sense (well, to me it does

): when you get green skulls, you also get one more (just the same when you hit 100, 250 or 500 posts: each time you reach such a "milestone", you receive another skull). And when you get yellow skulls, you get yet another skull......

I think it has been suggested before: a type of member rating system. But I can't quite remember what Xenon said about it...

I said it before in here, but since the site crashed it was deleted. The only reason MAD has green skulls is because hes the one that's helping Xenon with handeling the money donations. Green money [USA] = Green Skulls. As for Frank hes our site's Piranha Scientist, so he gets yellow. They have nothing to do with post count.
