I just used seachams 7.0 ph neutralizer. As soonas I poured it in, the tank went really cloudy? Anyone know how long this should last? Or if this is normal. Thanks

Do you know your water's GH? Usually that product is used to reconstitute RO water which is soft and low KH. If your water is hard and high level of KH the effect could be cloudy.
