Sanchezi piranha in 20gal

Wondering if you guys think a 20 gallon is enough for a 6-inch fish. The dimensions would be 24" L 12.5" W. That should be 5.5-6.5 inches of turning room for a 6-7 inch fish. Is this still too small?

They max out at around 6.5” in an aquarium. Should work in a 20 gal. Obviously a bit bigger would be better.
