i gotta 3 in rhom and i was wondering when is it gonna start getting its red eyes and a bigger hump?

Mine is around 5 in, he is just starting to get red eyes and the hump, or nape region, (i think thats what its called) is beccoming more pronounced.

When he is this big...

When he is around 5 or 6 inches he should start matureing pretty fast and start showing his red eyes. The big hump depends on if he is a highback or not.

Mine is 5.5" and his eyes are just a shade lighter that red and the hump is starting to show as well. I just got a digi so soon as I figure out how to use I'll post some pics.
