Rearranging

Ok, I am going to rearrange my 75g rbp tank and my55g rhom tank. When is the best time to do it, at night or during the day? I want as little decorations and hiding spots as possible. I am planning on live plants and fake rocks in the 75 and fake plants, driftwood, and some ceramic crap in the 55g. Does this sound good? I just want to have as little stress as possible. Any input would be appreciated!

Not going to really matter when you do it, it will stress them anyways. I always do any changes when I do water changes because they are a little stressed anyways.

Thats it!
just dont do it around feeding time, or just after they ate

they may think you are food
Should he put more plants(or anything else) in one than the other to take down the stress level?
The thing is, I have very little light in the rhom tank. I just want as little decorations as possible to enhance swim area and just enough for them to feel hidden if need be. Right now, the rhom stays in a cave all day. I have seen him out of it twice in the past two months.
