What would be the best setting to put a power filter on, a lower one or one that shoots out massive bubbles? For oscars and my riley angel fish.

I think it would depend on size of powerhead, and size of the fish and tank. But I always keep mine as high output as possible with my guys.

I have it on the highest my guys like to play in the current they swim and get pushed back it's kinda cute and funny.

Kindly elaborate.... You havent mentioned what size tank your powerhead is in, plus what model. Those are sufficient info needed to better help you out with your question.

20gallon and I it is the one with the bigangelfish on it and it says powerfilter40.
