I currently have a 150 gal with only two caribe 5in. I dont know whether to get 4 more caribe or 2 more caribe and 2 piraya. I know a solid shoal of caribe look nice but on the other hand piraya are beautiful fish all their own. Any suggestions or setups you guys have?

IMO I'd rather have a single species tank than a mumble jumble of random p's. On the other hand, you could always get rid of those caribes and get all pirayas.

why waste money? the new caribe could very well get eaten too... its not a waste at all... i would say go with piraya, but not if it would be a mixed shoal. so go with the caribe :nod:

last i checked Piraya cost more than Caribe...

Ive always been attracted to the mixed Pygo shoal. But unfortunately, as awesome as it looks, its expensive as hell.
