Seems that way, less demand a think is a factor as well. The piranha craze was 200-2007 or so. Now its monster fish IE: loaches, Arowana's, Rays and P-bass
NOw with all new and easy to set stuff for reef, people are switching to is . Colorful corals and fish makes is more attractive then "agressive" piranhas ...
Wild that piranha keeping would be a fad.
