does it really matter if my ph is 7.6-7.8.. i know 8.0 is acidic and can be bad.. but on some sites and i have read that you guys suggest 6.0-7.0.. my rbps seem fine.. but if i do spend the money for a bottle of PH down.. is it worth it? will they become more activE?

yes you are correct a stable ph is better than trying to match with chems but i recommend between 6.5-7.5 my ph being between 7.0-7.5 @ 7.2
