What can I do to raise the PH balance on my tank? I've cycled it, water change, checked water perimeters, did testings, gave it some love, and it still stays the same!!! Im wondering because ever since I gotten my new RBs, they seem to get lazy and more scared than when I transferred them in a container. Then again, they've only been in my tank for less than 3 days for them to get used to.

But my Rhom was like that too when I first got him. Stayed in the corner and skittish. BUt as soon as I balanced out the PH the next day, he swam in the tank like he lived there before. What do you guys think?? I know PH has something to do with water perimeters, but does it affect the personality and aggression also??

Unless your ph is extremely low or high, you did not state a value, I would not mess with it. Ph swings can have grave consequences on your fish and I dont think it has anything to do with aggression. As pack said, they need time to adjust to the new environment.
