is there a food to feed parrot fish that helps there color

What kind of parrot fish? Hybrid cichlid?

Are you trying to keep the dye in a dyed one? To enhance natural colors of fish, you can use Tetracolor, color enhancing flakes. Also, plankton & bloodworms will keep them healthy & healthy fish have better color.
anything high in calcium will help with natural color. i'd say krill, brine, diced shrimp and hikari also has a line of pellets that helps with color enhancing.

Yes, I've noticed a difference in the amount of red in the fins of my rainbow shark and silver-dollars when I started using that product.

In addition, shrimp contains carotenoids which will also improve the yellow-red colors in a fish.
