I keep hearing that water canges or a heavily planted tank are the only way to remove nitrate. how many plants would you need to make a difference in say a 125 gallon tank?

i think plants may be easier...all u gotta do is add a certain plant solution and turn the light on more often and ur plants will be alright...just my 2 cents...like 50 :rockin:
