How many days should i wait to introduce my new Wild RB that was sic, and is now in a QT . to my other pygo tank.. after treating with meds etc.. Its been 3 days condition seems to be getting much better, and is eating a little bit of thawed shrimp.

lfs had it for 6 months, only fed feeders.

it's good to qt for around a week, but remember your fish have at one point or another been exposed to disease or fungus and were healthy enough to fight it off so fluctuating water parameters will more likely disease the fish than adding a new healthy addition.

should i treat with metronoizidol/parasite meds for 5 days or so, due to it being a wild red?
