dude your reds look really nice, but i think you'd really improve your tank with a little gravel or sand instead of that shale and glass thing. i like the plants and wood alot, they're just clashing with that whole bare glass thing you have going.

i'd either go completely bare or add some substrate

Why changing? It just a matter of PERSONAL taste. The fish are looking great and healthy, so:

not "changing" necessarily, merely adding if he feels like it or desires a change of pace. if not, well that's cool too. i get tons of ideas from other peoples' suggestions on this forum.

yeah gravel would make that tank better. but its his own taste
