As the title suggests, i checked my water hardness with a tester kit, and the water went red instantly-i mean really red!!!!!!!
This makes water Acidic-very acidic, perhaps too acidic

Is this baddddddddddddddd????
and if it is, shall I add one of the packets PH7 stuff???

What's the pH coming out of your tap? Can you get a KH reading also?

I'm not sure what test kit you are using and don't know what pH value "really red" is, but generally a very low pH (below 6.0) can affect the overall health of your aquarium. Nitrifiers do not do well in low pH.

If your water supply is buffered and within the desired pH range, than I wouldn't mess with chemicals. Just do small water changes (10-20%) over the next few days and monitor the pH. If your tap water is not, then you can look at other alternatives to buffer your water and raise the pH to safer levels. (baking soda, crushed coral, oyster shells, limestone...).
