I dont know when I will get the 3rd, Ron said he would hold one so I promissed to quit bugging him. The larger one is not much thicker, but he his higher backed by quite a bit.

Mine act differently than any piranha I have owned. They only eat live, not even looking at anything else. I have seen them eat many times and it is much the same as my old rhom.
It is hard to explain how nonskittish they are. I put them together when I am home and then separate them when I am leaving or going to bed, and when I separate them, I use a net to push one to the other side of the divider and he does not fight or swim away at all, even when the net is covering his face. He will just let me guide him to the other side. I have never had a piranha that has no problem being netted or will not even move out of the way for gravel cleaning. I do this to the larger one so I cant say if the smaller one would react the same way.

I will get more into their behavior when I get the 3rd and try to shoal them full time.
