bag'em up like they do for shipping...they're able to last for up to a couple days like that, and ur travel time is a lot less than that...i dunno what ur gonna do about cycling a tank and stuff...i guess try and take as much of ur existing mater w/ u as possible and keep ur filter media in it so the bacteria stays alive...
