I JUST GOT AN AMAZON SWORD. IS THERE ANY SPECIAL THINGS I NEED TO DO FOR IT? DOES IT NEED FOOOD? ALSO I HAVE 2 FLORESCANT LIGHTS IS THAT GOOD LIGHTING?

food is not a necessity. what wattage is your lights? you dont need to do anything special like acclimization.

12 hrs of light everyday and that should do good

you will be fine, amazon swords tend to do pretty good, plus they are cheap anyways in comparison to other plants as well :

Yep Swords are a petty easy plant to care for. I have done nothing to mine except having plenty of light for them.
