I wanted to make my intake tube for my fluval 4 look more natural so I decided I wanted to attatch some java moss to it. I do not believe that java moss will attatch itself to such a smooth surface so I picked up some aquarium-safe silicone and attatched gravel from my aquarium to the tube.

Here are some pictures to see what I am talking about.

I have not yet attatched java moss to the tube but here it is in my tank

Hmm, thats kinda a cool idea. How long will it take for the Java moss to overtake the tube? Be sure to post some update pictures if it does.

I only have a little bit of java moss and it is for some strange reason hard to find in dever, co. no lfs seems to carry it. But when the java moss starts to cover the tube I will post some pics
