Looks like it has block teeth, pacus have block teeth. All I can tell you.

Probably Tometes lebaili, a pacu. These don't have "block teeth" but resemble more the pirana.

I'm not big on common names, it might be. I'd have to revisit the citation to see if that name is applied in the abstract or some other page in the citation. Not that it really matters.
