One of my little reds died he was i guess 4.5 inches.. I wanna keep the skull.. Sure its a little small but i want it.. any idea? Do i have to skin his head?

the head didnt work out so im keeping the bottom jaw sinec the rest fell apart.

boil it till the flesh comes off, then glue the top jaw to the bottom jaw....
