I recently acquired 4 RBP and they are in a 75 gallons tank, I cycled for two weeks and added a few zebra danios, neons and 1 large pleco. After I added the piranhas I have not got a good feeding response from them, I place food on the water and the completely ignore. I tried meal worms, tuba, tilápia, and cichlid tropical pellets, they just don't react to the food, they are swimming and being active with great color, but not trying to feed. Also it's safe to only keep 4? Or I should definitely add one more? I just want them to eat properly like other fish.

You are fine with that number, just keep trying to feed and remove any leftovers 20 min or so after. It could take them a few weeks or even a month to acclimate and eat, and they wont starve themselves. Would suggest not feeding and standing at the tank until they get used to traffic around the tank.
