when it says your names on the replies it shows a picture how do you get that?

Go to My Controls on the top of this page, and scroll down and look on the left where it says Avatar settings..and go from there.

find the pic you want - get the URL (to do that right click on it and go to propertys, and copy the URL) then add it where Karen just said (in the control panel under avater settings)

To add to Innes' comment, you can also click on the bubble where it says "Your own image avatars" then go to the part where is says "OR Upload an Avatar" and click on "Browse" and find the pic that you want thats on your computer.
