There's a wierd film and a bunch of bubbles on the top of my 30s water. It looks sorta like soap or something. Should I completely drain the tank and get out any bubbles on the side or will it even hurt the fish. Getting a spilo in 2 days. NEED HELP, I dont want him to die because I'd have to repay shipping to get a new one!!!!

The bubbles are most likely caused by proteins and other organic matter in the water. Other possibilities are dust and oily foods like salmon. Just get a Big Gulp plastic cup and skim the surface to remove it and do a water change to decrease the organic load in the tank. You can also add a fresh bag of activated carbon. Do you currently have any fish in there? To be safe, you can put in a clean feeder before adding the spilo.
