i just found one of my piranhas has ammonia burn the day before yesterday(small white patches,
ammonia level high), and i separated it from the others then put it in a hospital tank. I added salt
and did a 50% water change everyday.
Now he moves slowly sometimes but still do not eat anymore, seems very weak.. i dont know if
he is going to make it : ( what can i do? plz help~~~

Well it doesn't seem to be cycled if your NH4 levels are elevated. Nitrifying bacteria should take care it this.
What actually is NH4 level in your water? And what is the pH there?
Do you have an external canister filter with bio media in it?
