hey,
today i put in 3 artificial plats in my aquarium. i wrapped them around the filter/powerhead tubes... anyways my p's arent used to them i guess and a couple of leafs were moving and shaking fast cause the current was going right into them and i guess my p's thought it was food??
two of them ate a pretty big piece of leafe and they are only aaround 3-4 inch fish.
the leaf was made out of the soft plasticy material not the hard plastic.
actually i am not sure if it is plastic, but u know what the fake planst are made out of,,, the soft ones.
are my fish going to be okay?

your fish should be fine but as a precation watch him any ways

Yeah he should be fine but in some of the past posts, others have had problems with the plant sticking out the other end. Just watch him and ask questions if needed.

i removed a fake tree/plant thing i had because i noticed my rbp's were taking bites out of it... and my live plants have bite marks in them too, but thats fine... i think piranha eat plants for some reason, be that food or something else, i dont know!
