I do not know how to get the pics off of the camera onto my computer. I have the USB cable and everything I need. I just can't get it to work for some reason.

Does anyone know how to do it or know about stuff like this and be able to help me out??

Try going to My Computer -> _: Removable Device, and see if you can find it ... then open it, and just save to the HD. Otherwise, install the program that came with the camera!

You need to download the windows drivers for your camera. They can be found here

Great camera! I got the Canon S410.

I was gonna ask if you installed the software yet, and if you did, restart it.......but you got it figured out already.
