can anyone give me a guide to breeding bettas (siamese fighting fish),
I havn't got any yet, but I am planning on getting a couple and breeding them.
I have tried in the past, but they kept trying to kill each other, and not geting jiggy-jiggy!

What are you doing? Putting males with males? Can't you tell the difference?
:rasp:

You need to watch out for pH, they like acidic water and no direct sunlight. Males build bubble nests and females don't. Females get fat and ready, males are always ready LOL

If you want I can email you a link on breeding those bad boys.

but you could try putting more than 2 in a tank , 5 should do it , it will make them want to get jiggy, jiggy. think about it 4 guys locked in a room with one female and she can only pick one , I think it would make them more interested:) oh ya did i say bettas blow chunks yet , sorry had to say it:) . I am only saying that because i feed them to my pirnah sometimes:)
