i got 3 1 inch rbp today, i thought they'd be shocked, but they started biting and my thermometer, so i fed them pellets, so i started to wonder, if i could try feeders, they tore them up

this seems unusual for the first day doesnt it?

somewhat unusual, usually they will be shy and timid... you got yourself some killers

there like an inch long, u think in like a week i could buy a big gold fish and like team up?

They do tend to be very bold when they are that small. Not afraid of much at all. Another inch or so of growth and they will become a bit more skittish. They will always feed well though i'm sure.

You can try it, but dont be mad if he becomes a tank mate for a few weeks lol

I would look at getting a larger tank soon (125galls)? They will outgrow the 29gallon soon, enjoy and all the best.

haha um werent there for the first feeder, it was just a normal feeder and you said there were too big for them

All the times I've introduced piranhas to new environments they have been very outgoing and inquisitive. They don't settle in to their stressed out and shy stage for 24-48 hours, don't get your hopes up too high.

Ya Mike your gonna hate them. Soon to be an overstocked tank soon aswell. Shoulda ordered some sweet caribes. I like my pacu over my reds dude.
