I have 1 6-7 inch oscar in my 55 gallon tank, 2 60g filters, 12 hour on, 12 hour off light schedule, but my god damn water always get green in days after a water change. I had 3 6 inch piranha in that tank for over a year, I can't ever remember the water getting cloudy, is this my fish or is something wrong with my water, it is well water and I am at a new house, please advise, I am desperate.

sounds like the water might be the problem, but could also be the light or if it's getting sunlight, etc.

*moved to water quality, might get better answers there*

That sounds like algae in your water, most likely because you have your lights on for 12 hours a day. If you don't have live plants in your tank, you really should not have your lights on for anywhere near that long or you will keep getting algae over and over again.
