It seems that the best way to get a green natt is simply pure luck. I doubt the expeditions go into great lengths if at all in order to fill a batch of green natts.
Shop around Kevin. They are out there. Look for juveniles with reticulated spotting, that is sometimes indicative of those green ones.

Look in Piranha Science. I have a photo of P. nattereri under UID species where I was testing people on their ability to ID fishes. The one used is a reticulated patterned P. nattereri.
