Having moved to a very crappy part of this wonderful nation, it took until now to get my first round of golf in. Beautiful day, and played pretty well for not swinging a club for a while. I shot a 79 with a quadupal boggie on a whole (had a buried lie in a wet bunker that was not good). Even though this score wont count for my cap, it boads well for me lowering my 6 handycap.

careful what you wish for, the first time I played I was hooked. During the summer, I will play at least twice a week. Nothing better than a beautiful day walking the course.

have you ever played extreme golf?........the objective of this sport IS not to get it into the hole, but to see how many cars you can hit or how many targets you can hit (we set up targets ranging from 15 to 100 feet)....or if you're playing in a residential neighborhood, see how many lawns your golf ball flys over.....extra kudos points if you hit the house or a cat

Very true X. The thing I like about golf is that it is never the same. Every situation is different and you are playing against yourself as well as any MF that steps on the tee with ya.

Last year I subbed on a league. my handicap got to 11. this year i have my own partner and will be competing as a team in a league.
I've only played for 4 years off and on. This year I can feel the happy in my gilmore.

Anyone like frisbee golfing?????? I went last night, first time out this year, and shot a 63 (8 over on 18).
