my grandmother is sick

. she just had a tripple by pass sergery and shes very ill now. she made her will and when she dies my mom sells the house for $500,000.00 my mom gets half of everything and me and my sister get to split the other half. what do i do with the money

yeah really first you got to keep her company. Secondly thanks to the good old socialist that are still in our goverment, the US treasury is going to take half of the money from the house. The Estate Tax is the biggest bunch of bull shibby ever.

My brother passed away about six weeks ago. He left a very large amount of money for his wife and two sons. Believe me, no amount of money can bring the person back and it also has little value when you lose a loved one.

We can only pray that she makes it through this. You should spend as much time as possible with her and let her know how much she means to you.

my grandma had a triple by pass years back and pulled threw to live seven years more go visit her and pray for her to fight back because you can not replace her ever!

Yeah my advice would be to spend as much time as you can with her and make sure you tell her everything you ever wanted to tell her so when she is gone you wont be left wishing to tell her anything. I miss my Grandpas I have none left! Godbless your family and wish you the best. :smile:

We are all sorry to hear that Marco--however like the crowd I agree. Spend as much time as you can with her as well as tell her how you feel, so that you are left with no regrets. I dont know if your a religious type or not, but I would pray for her too. I know when my grandma was diagnosed with cancer, doctors said she had only a month to live, that month turned into 5 years. So, just try to spend some quality time with her, that way when God decides its her time to go, you can look back and think of all the memories you two have had and know that she didnt leave without her knowing what she meant to you. and the house will have to be sold guys and girls..... my grandpa built that house will his own hands... its worth millions, we cant afford to keep it, the bills are to grand, my mom says we'll have to sell it, It hurts to hear that because I grew up in that house, I go there for weeks at a time, even tho its 3 hours away, I go to help out and everything, Nothing can replace the love of family. blood is thicker than water, that means the family is stronger together than any other outside person... its hard to explain. but can we please close this post Xenon???
