Just wondering how long am I gonna have to keep the hang ons plugged in. I currently got 3 on my 125 and im hoping to have maybe 1 hang on and 1 wet dry or maybe even the wet dry. How long should I wait until I start removing the filters? A month, couple of weeks....

On my 135 it took a little over a month before my ammonia levels dropped to 0 after I added my new wet/dry

they say one month gives the media a good chance to be colonized by bacteria and it becomes fully colonized within 4 months usually, so I would give it 4 weeks until you remove any
